About the Legenda 448 kHz
The Legenda is a tecar radiofrequency machine that works at 448 kHz, a frequency used in diathermy equipment for aesthetics and recovery. The current generates endogenous heat, produced within the tissue itself through the movement of ions, which speeds up cell metabolism, circulation and drainage, acting on the fat layer, on skin firmness and on muscle and joint discomfort.
The two working modes cover different depths. The capacitive mode, CAP, acts at 3 to 5 cm, on soft tissue and the superficial fat layer. The resistive mode, RES, reaches 6 to 8 cm, into deep tissue, joints and visceral fat. The seven treatment tips, with diameters between 40 and 90 mm, allow work both on small areas, face or joints, and on large surfaces, abdomen or thighs. The tissue temperature is monitored and controlled in real time throughout the session.
