Vascular laser and fractional CO2 laser for skin treatments
We supply two categories of skin lasers for dermatology practices and aesthetic clinics. The vascular laser treats superficial vessels on the face and legs, along with pigmented lesions, with cooling built into the handpiece. The fractional CO2 laser works on scars, enlarged pores and skin texture, with separate handpieces for delicate areas.
Both categories are supplied fully equipped: protective eyewear matched to the laser class, a fume filter for the CO2 unit, and the maintenance protocol for the articulated arm. Without those elements the machine cannot be used safely, and many direct-import offers treat them as optional accessories.
What happens in practice
Skin lasers are the equipment where the difference between a serious supplier and a middleman shows most clearly. A CO2 laser has an articulated optical arm that must be maintained at fixed intervals, and a misaligned mirror changes the energy delivered into the skin without the operator noticing immediately. On the vascular laser, handpiece cooling directly determines how safe the treatment is on darker phototypes.
The second difficulty is operation. Parameters are chosen by phototype, area and indication, and a machine delivered without starting protocols leaves the operator to work them out on patients. That is where complaints come from, not from the technical specification of the machine.
What we do
We check the machine at the manufacturer before it enters the portfolio and request the report measuring delivered energy. At installation we hand over the optical protection matched to the laser class, the fume filter and the maintenance schedule for the optical path, with the intervals written down.
Training includes starting parameters by phototype and by indication, so the operator works correctly from the first session. For service we take the request ourselves and coordinate the intervention and the order for parts and optical consumables with the manufacturer. The same contact stays with you for the life of the machine.
