About ZEPU-AI2
ZEPU-AI2 is an upper extremity feedback training and evaluation system. Its 6-DOF manipulator guides the patient’s arm along spatial trajectories, which allows training of complex functional movements of the shoulder, elbow and forearm.
The device works with both the left and the right arm through its side change technology. Assistance force is dosed separately for the upper arm and the forearm according to the patient’s actual needs, and the height-adjustable column allows training in a seated or standing position.
Key features
- 6-DOF manipulator. Movement is trained along three-dimensional spatial trajectories, not only in a single plane.
- Bilateral training. Arm side change technology: the same device trains both the left and the right arm.
- Adapted assistance force. Assistance is dosed according to the actual needs of the upper arm and the forearm.
- Assessment and feedback. The system assesses upper limb motor function and tracks progress throughout therapy.
- Adjustable height. The working column adjusts between 1065 and 1465 mm, for training in a seated or standing position.
