About the LED Beauty System
The LED Beauty System is a desktop LED phototherapy machine with 144 narrow spectrum LEDs and 7 wavelengths, from 400 to 700 nm. Each colour works on its own indication: red at 640 nm stimulates collagen and circulation, blue at 423 nm acts on the bacteria involved in acne, green at 523 nm works on pigment and tone, yellow at 590 nm soothes redness, and violet, cyan and white light complete the repair and relaxation protocols.
The curved panel covers the whole face without contact with the skin, and the low level light neither heats the tissue nor contains UV. The treatment is painless, with no downtime, and fits easily into the existing programmes of a salon, as a session in its own right or as a final stage after facial cleansing, peeling or other procedures.

How does LED light therapy work?
The low level light is absorbed by the skin cells, where it stimulates repair processes and cellular energy production. Each wavelength reaches a different depth and works on a different indication, from the bacteria involved in acne to the fibroblasts that produce collagen.
How many sessions are needed?
Common protocols run 8 to 12 sessions, 2 to 3 times a week, then weekly maintenance. A session lasts 15 to 30 minutes.
Are there contraindications?
Photosensitivity, photosensitising medication and certain active dermatological conditions require assessment by the operator before treatment. The light contains no UV, so it neither tans nor burns the skin.
